The Millers go to San Francisco: Day 1 and a little of 2

I put Jeff totally in charge of this trip. He was in charge of booking all the flights, making all the hotel reservations, planning all the activities, getting the rental car, etc. All I did I was book the boarding kennel for the dogs. It was awesome. I should have put him in charge of the write-up, too; but knowing his minimalist approach to story-telling, I opted to shoulder this responsibility myself. People need details.
